Privacy

Your information.
A clear purpose.

When you request a consultation, Acellus collects the contact, company, and commercial information you choose to submit so that we can review and respond to your inquiry.

What we collect

The form asks for your name, company, email, country, optional website, technology, U.S. commercial presence, support needs, timeline, and message. The separate coaching inquiry form asks for your name, email, country, optional organization, preferred coaching format and goals. A request identifier, receipt time, and review status are stored with each submission.

How it is used and stored

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database and are available to authorized site administrators for follow-up and site operation. Hosting providers process this information as part of operating the site. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or publish your information.

Private workspace and Gmail

Approved Acellus users can store professional contacts, company information, outreach drafts, email submission records, follow-up notes and do-not-email preferences in the private CRM. An optional Gmail connection identifies the connected business mailbox and allows the user to send a message after reviewing it. Google processes messages submitted through that connection. The connection requests sending access and basic account identity; it does not read the Gmail inbox.

Google refresh tokens are encrypted and kept on the server. Disconnecting Gmail removes that user’s stored credential from the CRM; saved company records, drafts and email history remain. You can also remove the app’s authorization in your Google account settings. Workspace records are available only to approved Acellus team members.

Marketing preferences

To stop Acellus marketing emails, reply “unsubscribe” to the sender or email info@acellusbiotech.com. Acellus records do-not-email preferences to prevent further outreach to that address.

What to leave out

Please do not submit confidential research, patient information, proprietary sequences, or sensitive customer data. Appropriate arrangements can be discussed before exchanging confidential material.

Questions or deletion requests

You can use the consultation form to ask about or request deletion of information you previously submitted. Include your request reference where available. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Booking services

If you choose to open an external scheduling service, its own privacy terms apply to the information you enter there.
